Requirements for a candidate:

  • – education – higher or secondary special (required to have a diploma);
  • – growth from 170 cm;
  • – work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
  • – English at the colloquial level (intermediate).

Working conditions:

  • – official working contract for 2 years;
  • – Work Visa;
  • – paid accommodation, meals and transport before and from work;
  • – medical insurance;
  • – airticket to both directions.

Main functional responsibilities:

  • – work with hotel guests including: answers to questions about the hotel service and practical advice on staying (where to buy souvenirs, to have dinner, etc.), fixing wishes, complaints;
  • – the solution of questions and problem situations arising at hotel guests;
  • – preparation of documents for the arrival of guests in accordance with the standard of the hotel;
  • – check in / check out the guest;
  • – demonstration of high service levels of this hotel;
  • – maintenance of a documentary database;
  • – work with credit cards and cash.
