Candidate specification:

• – education – secondary technical / higher or secondary special (a diploma or certificate of education is required);
• – level of English proficiency: pre- or intermediate (required spoken);
• – the presence of a foreign passport with a validity period of at least 2 years;
• – experience as a cook – 1-2 years;
• – compliance with technological maps;
• – careful attitude to inventory;
• – lack of criminal record and bad habits;
• – lack of problems with alcohol and health;
• – sociability, friendliness, a positive attitude to people;
• – responsible attitude to work, diligence, ability to learn and work in a team;
• – desire to improve skills.

Main functional responsibilities:

• – cooking various dishes;
• – decoration and planning of dishes;
• – study of customer requirements for the service and quality of dishes and products;
• – briefing the kitchen staff and waiters;
• – control of cleaning, disinfection, sanitization of service and industrial premises; for washing and maintaining special clothing for employees in accordance with applicable sanitary standards;
• – study of complaints from restaurant guests about the quality of food and service;
• – preparation of proposals for improving the work, etc.
