Application form
If you decided to go to work in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, you need to fill out an application form (DOWNLOAD) in English with 2 photos: first - 3x4 cm (preferably with a smile) and the second at a full height (in business clothes) and send it to our e-mail: office@hrqunited.com.ua.

Contact us
Once you have submitted the application form, we will contact you within the next 2-3 days by phone, Skype or e-mail specified in your application form.
For applicants wishing to work in the UAE and other Gulf countries, it is important to understand what employment, housing conditions and salary level to expect. We will help you choose the right position, answer all your questions about the future employment, and help you prepare for an interview with the employer.

Sending the application form to the employer
Your application form will be sent alternately to several employers in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, which have a vacancy for the position you are interested in.
If your application form is selected by an employer, we will inform you of the date and time of the interview.

Interview in English
The interview is conducted in English by phone, Skype, or, if the employer's representative arrives, a personal meeting is arranged. Typically, it is held by the managers responsible for staff recruitment to the hotel.
The results of the interview are usually reported in a few days.

Signing of a contract and
an employment contract
- If you have successfully passed the interview, we get an employment contract for the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman (7-14 days after the interview) the employer, and forward it to you.
  Simultaneously with an employment contract you sign a contract with our company and pay the price of our services (please, check the price with our managers), which shall cover:
- - provision of full information on employment conditions;
- - qualified assistance with proper completion of the application form;
- - information on career opportunities in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman;
- - selection of an employer in accordance with your data and preferences;
- - preparation for an interview;
- - organization of the interview with an employer;
- - in the case of successful completion of the interview, a comprehensive support in preparation of documents for the trip to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
- You sign a total of 2 contracts:
- 1) with the employer;
- 2) with our company in Kyiv.
After you sign a contract with the employer, the process of entry visa issue begins (you will get the list of required documents from our representative).
- The following is provided by the employer:
- 1) employment visa (resident visa) for 2-3 years with the possibility of extension. The consular charge is also covered by the employer;
- 2) airfare (meeting at the airport, transportation to the job);
- 3) accommodation, three meals a day, transfer to and from job;
- 4) medical insurance;
- 5) uniform and its dry cleaning;
- 6) annual paid leave (26-30 days a year);
- 7) the opportunity for career and professional growth, participation in trainings.
We do not request an advance payment. Youpay for the services of our agency only after signing of the contract with the employer, i.e. after you will know exactly what you are hired.
The process of employment visa issue can take up to 1 month. The paperwork is the responsibility of the employer, and the entire process takes place in the employer’s country without your participation. This is what the UAE employment visa looks like.
After the visa is obtained, the employer buys a ticket for you for the agreed date of departure, and send it to your email address.

Arrival
